Cultivating balance
in sustainable coffees
We believe in the regeneration of the planet, people, relationships and our land. This is how we produce sustainable coffees with high added value on our Ecological Farm, in the Pântano microregion.

A story of persistence, respect and love for the land of the Swamp.
The Carvalho family, with its roots in the South of Minas Gerais, inherited values from the region's traditional coffee growers and livestock farmers. José Ricardo and Isabel grew up on family farms, immersed in coffee culture and dairy farming.
After getting married and having a child, they decided to explore new frontiers in the colonization of Cerrado Mineiro through Projeto Campo. The challenge was to regenerate an arid land, living in a house without electricity, far from everything. There they found their purpose: preserving nature and raising their family.
Estrela Carvalho today is the result of a life dedicated to coffee farming and loving others. With our children and partners, we continue to learn and improve our organic coffee, to enjoy and share the best of nature with everyone.

Regenerative agriculture, sustainable green coffees.
We produce high quality green coffees with low environmental impact, respecting our connection with the Pântano terroir.

Respect for people, land and nature
We encourage the professional growth of employees, focusing on awareness, care and environmental balance. The unity of our team is essential to achieving these goals.
Sustainable management practices
We adopt sustainable practices in coffee planting: soil coverage, precision agriculture, analysis for rational use of products and preventive actions against pests.

Environmental Conservation
Ecological corridors with attractive trees for beneficial insects, drip irrigation for rational use of water and priority for organic fertilizers.

Continuous pursuit of excellence
Partnerships with EPAMIG and Federal Universities strengthen our mission. The union of talents, technical knowledge and love for nature catalyzes a more conscious agriculture.
